Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Night Auditor to join our team in a fast-paced hotel environment. The role centers on nightly financial reconciliations, guest servicing, and front desk collaboration to ensure seamless guest experiences.

You will audit ledgers, post rates and taxes, and verify charges while supporting front desk operations and cash handling. A calm, detail-oriented team player will thrive here, with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditor role.
• Knowledge of PMS.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Audit the daily guest ledger.
• Post daily room rates and room tax.
• Ensure accuracy of all charges to guest folios.
• Assist front desk with check-in/check-out and reservations.
• Make cash drops and handle cash procedures.
• Organize Front Desk area for shift readiness.
• Monitor security cameras and lobby conditions.
• Work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Audits the daily guestledger
• Handles all end-of-day accounting functions including posting daily room rates and roomtax
• Ensures accuracy of all charges toguest folios
• Averages sum of revenues of all accounts receivable from food, room andother departments
• Acts as front desk clerk, checking guests in and out, bookingreservations and resolving guest issues
• Make cash drops in accordance with proper cash handlingprocedures
• Organize the Front Desk area so that the A.M. Front Desk staff can properly prepare for theirshift
• Monitors hotel security camerasystem
• Ensures that lobby is well-maintained, properly lit and with music at proper volume
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Any other duties asassigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditorrole
• Knowledge of PMS
• High School Diploma/GED
