Job Juncture seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedics team serving federal employees with work‑related injuries in Utah and Nevada locations.

You will provide one‑on‑one care, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists. The role offers a four‑day workweek, strong compensation, and opportunities for growth in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Utah or Nevada, or eligibility for licensure in the applicable state.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment‑planning skills.
• Comfortable providing hands‑on, individualized outpatient rehabilitation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to collaborate with a multidisciplinary medical team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exclusively one‑on‑one physical therapy sessions with no double‑booking.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Treat a broad range of musculoskeletal injuries, acute to chronic.
• Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, strengthening, and functional rehab.
• Educate patients on goals, progress and injury prevention.
