Markent Personnel is seeking a Treating Center Manager (Clinician – PT/OT) to run a therapy center’s operations and financial performance while treating a full patient caseload in Oakland, CA. This role oversees center staff, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives growth through local marketing to referral sources.

The ideal candidate holds licensure as a PT or OT, CPR certification, and demonstrates strong leadership, clinical judgment, and experience with Windows-based systems.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong leadership, clinical problem-solving, and ability to manage/coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Staff Therapists and Aides, conduct performance reviews and manage employee relations.
• Manage center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
• Evaluate and treat patients, ensure high-quality care and thorough documentation.
• Maintain compliance with State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA safety protocols.
• Oversee facility operations including clinic cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
