Job summary

New England Coffee, a brand of Reily Foods Company, is seeking an Order Fulfillment Associate at our Malden, MA plant. This part-time role supports pick/pack/ship processes, inventory control, and a safe work environment.

Expect 25-27 hours per week, starting around 8am with flexible end times as needed seasonally. The position emphasizes accurate order processing, efficient fulfillment, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in fulfillment or warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, manufacturing, or food production.
• English fluency; Spanish a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and quality.
• Basic computer skills.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Able to lift 30 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, process, and fulfill daily online orders.
• Pick, pack, and verify items prior to shipment.
• Prepare and stage outgoing shipments for multiple carriers.
• Perform stock counts, replenishment, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Report product, quality, or safety concerns promptly.
• Assist with customer order inquiries as needed.
• Support additional departmental tasks as required.

Position Overview

The Order Fulfillment Associate ensures customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This hands-on role supports fulfillment operations including order processing, inventory management, materials handling, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. We are looking for an individual for 25-27 hrs. per week start time 8am with flexible end time as the business needs fluctuate season to season.

Responsibilities

• Ability to lift 30 lbs. and perform physical tasks (standing, climbing, reaching, etc.)
• Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check
