Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program with a PT degree (Baccalaureate/Masters/Doctorate) as required by the Physical Therapy Practice Act.
• Current CT licensure or valid CT Temp License is required.
• Must be able to supervise and direct the physical therapy staff and students.

• Evaluate, plan, implement, and document a goal-oriented PT program.
• Participate in an interdisciplinary team and educate staff, patients, and families as necessary.
