Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for occupational therapy.
• State Occupational Therapist license (or license eligible).
• CPR certification.
• Valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional capacity evaluations (FCEs) in outpatient settings.
• Train the right candidate in the administration of FCE evaluations.
• Collaborate with referring physicians to establish patient goals and therapy plans.
• Supervise and delegate occupational therapy tasks per state rules.

Education
