Training and growth opportunities are provided within a collaborative team environment. Candidates should have 1+ year in healthcare, a High School diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; CPR & First Aid certification required.
• 1+ year experience in healthcare; medication handling preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English and follow directions.
• Must be 18+; able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily medications, treatments, and care as assigned.
• Document appropriate information and communicate observed changes to a supervisor.
• Maintain clear, accurate resident medication and care records.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and resident requests; maintain a safe environment.
