Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Medication Technician to provide compassionate resident care and medication administration in the assigned shifts. You will document and administer medications, support daily living activities, and work within personalized service plans to ensure safety and quality care.

You will be expected to maintain accurate records, follow policies and government regulations, and collaborate with the health services team while upholding MBK values and delivering excellent

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• State regulations require appropriate certification/education.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medications and daily care per policy.
• Notify Supervisor if medication is not administered as directed.
• Maintain confidential medication and care records.
• Track medication changes and refills; notify pharmacy.
• Support Caregivers in their duties as assigned.
• Document information and report changes to a supervisor.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and resident requests.
• Maintain a safe environment following safety standards.
• Understand and comply with regulations and company policies.
• Promote teamwork and MBK values in daily work.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
