Job summary

Troon is seeking part-time Maintenance staff at Lynnwood Golf Course in Washington. Qualified candidates will work in a hospitality environment, focusing on providing superior service. Responsibilities include maintaining the course, operating motorized vehicles, performing landscaping tasks, and managing irrigation duties. Qualifications

• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Performs ground maintenance tasks: mowing greens, tees, fairways, and roughs.
• Safely operates motorized vehicles with standard transmissions.
• Operates weed eaters and blowers.
• Edges, trims, and rakes bunkers.
• Has advanced experience setting cups and preparing the course for play.
• Plants trees and shrubs; maintains flower beds; performs weed control and leaf removal.
• Fertilizes and prunes trees and shrubs; cuts, rolls, lays, and waters sod; installs and maintains sand bunkers.
• Removes trash and litter.
• Performs light irrigation duties (hand watering, cleaning heads, making repairs).
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds and regularly lifts up to 10 pounds.

Pay

$19.00 per hour

General Purpose

Provides continuous maintenance for the course and/or range, including all landscaping activities and litter removal.
