Primary Purpose

This role involves cleaning office spaces, restrooms, break and lunch areas, removing trash, operating floor cleaners and power washers, and spill cleanup.

Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, and prepare for duties at shift start.
2. Clean and vacuum floors in office and conference areas.
3. Clean and mop tile floors in restrooms and break areas.
4. Remove trash, operate compactor and bailer, clean spills, and use power washer on sidewalks.
5. Dust and wash surfaces.
6. Clean mirrors, glass, surfaces, floors, and equipment in break rooms, lunchrooms, and restrooms.
7. Resupply items as needed.
8. Use floor cones to indicate hazardous floor conditions.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate and understand safety policies and regulations.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodation.
• Ability to learn and operate necessary equipment and tools.
• Complete the company's introductory period (30 or 60 days).
• Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English regarding job and safety.
• Adhere to company performance standards, including attendance.
• Perform all job functions safely.
• Wear appropriate clothing and shoes as approved for the role.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4 hours, depending on business needs.
• Job involves continuous activity.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand 55%, walk 45%.
• Category IV: lifting, carrying, P/P up to 50 lbs.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.
