Primary Purpose

The main responsibilities include cleaning office spaces, restrooms, break areas, removing trash, operating cleaning equipment, and spill cleanup.

Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule and prepare equipment and supplies at shift start.
2. Clean and vacuum floors, mop tile floors, and wash surfaces in various areas.
3. Remove trash, operate compactors and bailers, and clean sidewalks with power washers.
4. Resupply items as needed and use cones for hazardous floor conditions.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand safety regulations.
• Physical capability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Completion of a 30 or 60-day introductory period.
• Proficiency in English for communication and safety compliance.
• Adherence to performance and attendance standards.
• Wearing proper attire and safety shoes.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts, variable based on needs.
• Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs, standing 55%, walking 45%.
• Category IV physical requirements for lifting and carrying.

Preferred Requirements
