Primary Purpose

This role involves cleaning office spaces, restrooms, break and lunch areas, removing trash, operating cleaning equipment such as floor cleaners and power washers, and spill cleanup.

Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule and prepare equipment and supplies at shift start, adhering to PPE requirements.
2. Clean and vacuum floors in offices and conference rooms.
3. Clean and mop floors in restrooms and break areas.
4. Remove trash, operate compactors and bailers, clean spills, and use power washers for sidewalk cleaning.
5. Dust and wash surfaces, mirrors, glass, and equipment.
6. Resupply necessary items and use cones to mark hazardous areas.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand safety policies.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations.
• Willingness to learn to operate cleaning equipment.
• Complete the company's introductory period (30 or 60 days).
• Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English related to job and safety.
• Adhere to performance and attendance standards.
• Wear proper uniform and safety gear.

Physical Requirements

• Minimum shift: 4 hours, depending on business needs.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for approximately 55%, walk for 45% of shift.
• Category IV physical demands including lifting, carrying, and pulling up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Skills

Understanding of company policies and procedures as outlined in the policy manual and employee handbook.
