Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years minimum clinical therapist experience.
• Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy is required.
• WI state Physical Therapist license is required and BLS within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive PT services including assessment and documentation.
• Participate in program development and staff education.
• Mentor department staff and contribute to leadership initiatives.
