Job summary

Froedtert Health in Menomonee Falls, WI, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist II to provide comprehensive PT services at our CP-North Hills Health Center. This on-site, half-time position (0.5 FTE, 20 hours/week) involves evaluating and treating patients, developing plans, and documenting progress.

You will participate in Rehab Services, contribute to program development, and mentor staff. WI licensure and AHA BLS required within 3 months; two years of clinical PT experience preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of clinical Therapist experience.
WI state license as a Physical Therapist is required; BLS within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and document patient care and treatment programs.
Participate in Rehabilitation Services activities and program development.
Mentor department staff and demonstrate emerging leadership.
