Job summary

The role requires a WI state license, BLS certification within 3 months, and at least two years of clinical experience in therapy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensure in WI as a Physical Therapist is required.
• Proficiency in AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers within 3 months of hire.

• Assess, plan, implement and document patient care and treatment.
• Participate in Rehabilitation Services activities to enhance patient care.
• Demonstrate advanced evaluation and treatment skills across departments as needed.
