Unknown Hotel is seeking a friendly front desk agent to join our guest services team. You’ll welcome guests, manage accounts, answer inquiries, and handle complaints to ensure an outstanding experience for every guest. Strong communication and a passion for guest satisfaction are essential.

If you enjoy interacting with people in a positive work environment, this role is for you. Part Time position with usual shifts from 7 am to 3 pm or 3 pm to 11 pm; mid-shifts may include 5 pm-11 pm or 1 pm-9
