Primary Purpose

This role involves operating and ensuring the safety of the gas station, assisting customers, maintaining product levels and cleanliness, and responding to safety concerns or emergencies within the gas station area.

Responsibilities

• Manage orders, schedule work, supervise and train team members, check product dates, adjust pricing, and perform departmental tasks.
• Resupply island items, including moving cartons, refilling containers, and restocking supplies.
• Collect and dispose of trash from the island.
• Maintain cleanliness and snow removal of the island.
• Assist customers and process transactions.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, communicate, and understand company policies and safety regulations.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations.
• Adhere to performance standards, including attendance.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate necessary equipment and tools.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts, depending on business needs.
• Physical demands include lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs., standing 55%, walking 45%, and static pulling up to 20 lbs.

Preferred Skills and Training

• Understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of MSDS materials used during work.
• Completion of Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training.
