Primary Purpose

The primary purpose of this job is to operate and ensure the safety of the gas station facility, assist customers, maintain product levels and cleanliness, and respond to emergency situations or safety concerns within the gas station area.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate the gas station, including safety checks and emergency response.
• Assist customers and complete transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the gas station area.
• Resupply island items, such as oil and cleaning supplies.
• Collect and dispose of trash from the island.
• Perform snow removal and general maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, communicate, and understand company policies and safety regulations.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Meet company performance standards, including attendance.
• Ability to learn and operate equipment and tools used in the job.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts, depending on business needs.
• Physical demands include lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs., standing 55%, walking 45%.
• Category IV: lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.

Preferred Requirements

• Understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of MSDS information for materials used.
• Completion of Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training.
