Primary Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to operate and ensure the safety of the gas station, assist customers, maintain product levels and cleanliness, and respond to safety concerns or emergencies within the gas station area.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage orders, schedule work, supervise and train team members, check product dates, update pricing, and perform departmental tasks as needed.
• Resupply island items, including moving cartons, refilling cans and containers, and restocking paper towels.
• Collect and dispose of trash from the island.
• Maintain cleanliness and snow removal of the island.
• Assist customers and process transactions.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, communicate, and understand company policies and safety regulations.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations.
• Meet performance standards, including attendance.
• Proficient in using or learning to use necessary equipment and tools.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts, depending on business needs.
• Job cycles: continuous maximum.
• Lift/carry: up to 50 lbs.
• Stand 55%, walk 45%, sit 0%.
• Category IV: lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Maximum pull static: 20 lbs.

Preferred Requirements

• Understand company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of MSDS information for materials used.
• Complete Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training.
