Spieldenner Financial Group is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. Our mission is to improve lives through family protection, personal and professional growth, and leadership training.

The Day-To-Day

1. Setting Appointments: 6-8 hours/week: Contact potential clients who have requested coverage and schedule meetings.
2. Research: 4-5 hours/week: Analyze client information to customize financial protection options.
3. Meeting with Families: 2 days/week: Conduct virtual or in-person meetings to present options and assist with applications.
4. Administrative: 2 hours/week: Follow up with insurance carriers to process applications.

Requirements
