Job Details
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Manage a high-volume inbound pipeline of 200+ active prospects
Conduct consultative insurance sales calls and follow-ups
Use quoting platforms to compare policies across 70+ insurance carriers
Educate clients on policy options and match them with optimal coverage
Achieve and exceed sales KPIs including cross-sell rates and call conversion
Maintain accurate data in CRM systems and pipeline tools
Collaborate with internal teams to close business and ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications Needed
Education High school diploma or GED required; college degree a plus
Licensure Insurance license not required to start; company provides licensing support
Minimum 1 year of sales experience, ideally in a high-volume or call center environment
Background in CRM systems or pipeline tools (Salesforce, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple leads and close deals efficiently
Excellent communication, objection handling, and product education skills
Motivated by commission and performance-based incentives
