Job summary

Avante at Orlando Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Part-Time Floor Tech to handle daily maintenance tasks, ensuring the facility remains clean, safe, and comfortable as directed by leadership.

The role requires a positive attitude toward the elderly and the ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English. 18+ and high school completion are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent or ability to read, write and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Perform the day-to-day activities of the Maintenance Department to keep the facility clean, safe and comfortable as directed by the Director of Facility Services/Administrator.

Avante at Orlando Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Part-Time Floor Tech to perform the day-to-day activities of the Maintenance Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards as may be directed by the Director of Facility Services and/or the Administrator to ensure the facility is maintained in a clean, safe and comfortable manner

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completion of high school education or equivalency or otherwise show ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions.
• Must speak and understand English
• Positive attitude toward the elderly.
