Job summary

Avante at Orlando Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Part-Time Floor Tech to support the Maintenance Department in keeping the facility clean, safe, and comfortable.

You will perform day-to-day tasks under the guidance of the Director of Facility Services and the Administrator. Applicants must meet basic qualifications and share a positive attitude toward residents.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completion of high school education or equivalency or otherwise show ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions.
• Must speak and understand English
• Positive attitude toward the elderly.

Responsibilities

Avante at Orlando Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Part-Time Floor Tech to perform the day-to-day activities of the Maintenance Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards as may be directed by the Director of Facility Services and/or the Administrator to ensure the facility is maintained in a clean, safe and comfortable manner
