Job summary

Avante at Orlando is seeking a part-time Floor Tech to support the Maintenance Department in keeping the facility clean, safe, and comfortable for residents. You will perform day-to-day maintenance tasks under the direction of the Facility Services Director and Administrator to meet federal, state, and local standards.

The role requires completion of high school or equivalent, basic English communication, and a positive attitude toward elder care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must speak and understand English.
• Completion of high school education or equivalency or ability to read, write and follow directions.

Avante at Orlando Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Part-Time Floor Tech to perform the day-to-day activities of the Maintenance Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards as may be directed by the Director of Facility Services and/or the Administrator to ensure the facility is maintained in a clean, safe and comfortable manner

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completion of high school education or equivalency or otherwise show ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions.
• Must speak and understand English
• Positive attitude toward the elderly.
