MicroAire Surgical Instruments LLC is seeking a Part-time Domestic Customer Service Representative in Grand Forks, ND. You will manage domestic orders, repairs, and credit returns, while establishing new accounts and handling inquiries from customers and sales representatives with a focus on service excellence.

Required: High School diploma or GED (college exposure a plus) and at least two years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook; ability to multitask and stay organized.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The Part Time Domestic Customer Service Representative role is responsible for proactive and reactive activities pertaining to domestic orders, repair and credit returns, establishing new accounts, and responding to a wide range of inquiries from both customers and sales representatives with exceptional customer service, follow-through and attention to detail.

Education & Experience

Education: High School diploma or GED; college experience or degree a plus

Experience: Minimum of two years prior customer service experience required, preferably in an active call center environment.

• Ability to multi-task, while staying focused under pressure.

Pay Range: $20.50- $23.00/hr
