Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to maintain hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas. You will wash and sanitize dishes, assist with light food preparation, and help keep the kitchen running smoothly to support our residents and staff. Weekend and holiday availability is required; pay is DOE.

The role supports a clean, safe dining environment and may involve other dining/kitchen duties as assigned to uphold MBK's high standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; ServSafe certificate preferred
• Prior restaurant or food service kitchen/dish room experience preferred
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, and kitchenware
• Support kitchen staff with basic food prep and dish station upkeep
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dishwashing area
• Monitor dish machine detergents and water temperature; report issues to supervisor
• Transport meals as needed and ensure proper temperature during transit
