Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, and organize dish storage and washing areas according to safety and department policies.
• Clean and sanitize all dishes, silverware, glassware, pots, pans and utensils following health standards.
• Transport meals safely between kitchen and dining areas and assist with basic food prep as needed.
