Job summary

BEAVERCREEK in is seeking a PT Dietary Aide for evenings and weekends to join our food services team. You will assist with meal preparation, assemble trays, and deliver meals to halls while maintaining strict sanitation standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a food handlers certificate; training may be provided. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds is expected.

Dietary Aide

General Purpose

The dietary aide assignments are determined by the needs basis on the activity of the shift. He/she reports to the Cook and Dietary supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with meal and snack preparation as directed
• Assemble trays, portion items, and help with meal service
• Deliver meals to halls
• Wash dishes, clean equipment, and maintain sanitation standards
• Stock and rotate supplies using safe storage practices
• Follow food safety guidelines, allergy precautions, and infection control procedures
• Communicate needs, concerns, or changes to the Dietary Manager

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Reliable, team-oriented, and respectful in a resident-centered environment
• Food service experience helpful, training may be provided
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
