Planet Fitness in Ohio is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver a superior Judgement Free member experience. You will answer phones, greet members, sign up new members, log amenities and promote fitness classes while maintaining a clean, safe club.

This part-time position offers weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) with starting pay at $12 per hour, plus hourly increases after milestones. Join a team that values accountability, growth, and a positive, energetic workplace.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones using the information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Saturday and Sunday 6:45AM- 2:45PM

or

Saturday and Sunday 11:15AM-7:15PM

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Qualifications: Job Requirements:

• Customer service experience
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency

Physical Demands:

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift
• Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
