Position Overview

A Cook III is responsible for preparing, maintaining, and monitoring quality control for hot food items in the hotel's ongoing effort to deliver outstanding service and ensure financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Cook III, you will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and monitoring quality control for hot food items, including meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, and seasonings. Your duties include:

  • Preparing food according to designated recipes and quality standards
  • Preparing guest orders in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner
  • Maintaining cleanliness and complying with food sanitation standards
  • Visually inspecting all food sent from the kitchen to ensure plates are clean and appetizing
  • Practicing correct food handling and storage procedures according to regulations
