Miller Time Pub & Grill is looking to hire a Part-Time Cook to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for the quality control of items prepared. As a Marcus Hotels & Resorts Cook, you will have the unique opportunity to chart your own growth path whether your interest lies in fast-paced banquets, upscale fine-dining, casual pub-style fare, contemporary American cuisine or traditional comfort food.

What will you be doing?

1. Read and follow recipes as they pertain to menu production.
2. Cook all menu items to guest specifications.
3. Properly label, date, and store all prepared food as well as raw ingredients.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
5. All other duties as assigned.
