Job summary

ARMStaffing in Indiana is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Fort Wayne. The role involves evaluating patients, developing and adjusting treatment plans, and guiding therapy services to promote return to community activities.

You will work 8 AM–5 PM with some weekend rotations, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, supervise students, and maintain documentation. Required licensure, BLS, and at least 2 years of experience; travel, housing, and meals support are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid and current State license as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant therapy setting; LTACH experience preferred.
• BLS Certification required prior to first shift.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to address discharge barriers.
• Manage individual, concurrent, and group therapy sessions.
• Complete timely medical record documentation, including daily notes and discharge documentation.
• Participate in student programs, supervising and developing learning objectives.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and continuing education.
• Adhere to state practice acts and maintain licensure in good standing.
