DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide exceptional customer service: welcome and connect with each customer, recommend products, and provide sampling.
• Produce high-quality products following company standards, including safe food handling and proper merchandising.
• Present oneself professionally during every shift.

Contribute to Store Profitability

• Follow cash handling procedures and inventory guidelines.

Learn and Demonstrate Knowledge as a Barista

• Engage in self-initiated learning beyond standard training.
• Master product and conduct standards established by The GIANT Company and Starbucks.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferably supervisory or barista experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. with valid identification.
• Meet company performance standards, including attendance.
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills; food handling certification preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 4-hour shifts, depending on business needs.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for 55%, sit 0%, walk 45% of shift.
