Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service: welcome customers, recommend products, and enhance their experience.
• Product demonstrations and sampling.
• Produce high-quality products adhering to company standards, including safe food handling and proper merchandising, stock, and rotation standards.
• Maintain a professional appearance during every shift.

Contribute to Store Profitability

• Follow cash handling procedures and register policies.
• Adhere to inventory and stock guidelines.

Learn and Demonstrate Barista Skills

• Engage in self-initiated learning beyond standard training.
• Master product and conduct standards set by The GIANT Company and Starbucks.

Qualifications

• Preferably supervisory and/or barista experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. with valid identification.
• Meet performance standards, including attendance.
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills; food handling certification preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Minimum 4-hour shifts, depending on business needs.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for 55%, walk for 45%; sit not required.
• Category IV: lifting, carrying, P/P up to 50 lbs.; max pull static 20 lbs.
