Job summary

The Arlington of Naples is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants in our Skilled Nursing unit for part-time days (12 hour shifts, 7a-7p). You will provide direct patient care and support older adults in daily activities.

Florida CNA license and CPR are required, as well as English proficiency. You will document patient records and support nursing staff. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, a 401K match, and an employee referral program.

Qualifications

• Florida license as a Certified Nursing Assistant and CPR.
• Ability to Speak, Write and Comprehend English.
• Document patient records using PCC and complete in-service training.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care in activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing and feeding.
• Repositions patients and assists with transfers from beds or wheelchairs.
• Observes and reports unusual findings to the charge nurse.
• Ensures the call system is reachable and answered promptly.
• Assists with height measurements, temperature and pulse respirations.
• May assist residents with errands and activities.

• Repositioning patients and transferring from beds, wheelchairs, etc.
• Assist with resident needs by observing and reporting all unusual finds to charge nurse.
• Ensure the call system is within the reach of resident and answered promptly.
• Assist nursing staff with height measurements, temperature and pulse respirations.
• May assist residents with errands, and activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
