Job summary

The Arlington in Naples is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants for part-time day shifts (12 hours, 7am–7pm) in the Skilled Nursing unit. A Florida CNA license and CPR are required, with starting pay at $20 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for activities of daily living.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting.
• Reposition and transfer patients safely.
• Observe and report unusual findings to charge nurse.
• Ensure call system is answered promptly and accessible.
• Assist with measurements and vitals as needed.

Essential Job Functions:

• Provides direct patient care in all aspects of activities of daily living, bathing, showering, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting.
• Repositioning patients and transferring from beds, wheelchairs, etc.
• Assist with resident needs by observing and reporting all unusual finds to charge nurse.
• Ensure the call system is within the reach of resident and answered promptly.
• Assist nursing staff with height measurements, temperature and pulse respirations.
• May assist residents with errands, and activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Florida license as a Certified Nursing Assistant and CPR.
• MUSThave the ability to Speak, Write and Comprehend the English Language.
