Qualifications

• Current Florida CNA certification in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Preferred experience in skilled nursing or post-acute settings.
• CPR/BLS certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care under supervision of licensed staff.

• Take and record vital signs and report changes promptly.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and nutritional support.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct resident care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Take and record vital signs and promptly report changes in resident condition.
• Assist with meal service, feeding, hydration, and nutritional support as needed.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families.
• Accurately document care provided in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional resident care.

Qualifications

Required

• Current Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Preferred

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility, rehabilitation center, long-term care, or post-acute care setting.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
