Job summary

Park View Health Center in Wisconsin is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for a part-time AM shift. The position offers hourly pay between $20.21 and $22.46 with a $2 weekend differential and a 6:30am–2:30pm schedule, including weekends.

As a CNA, you will assist residents with activities of daily living, follow care plans, and document care in the medical record under the supervision of the licensed nurse. Must be Wisconsin CNAs, with good communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification on Wisconsin Registry.
• Ability to transfer, ambulate, provide hygiene care per care plan.
• Ability to use assistive devices safely.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care per care plan and licensed nurse direction.
• Respond to resident call-lights promptly.
• Observe residents and report changes to licensed nurse.
• Document CNA care in EMR.
• Work every-other-weekend and recognized holidays as assigned.
