Fundamental is seeking a caring Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Wisconsin to join our team. You will provide daily care and support to residents and patients in our facility, delivering compassionate service in a respectful environment.

Full-time positions with AM and PM shifts; pay range $20.00–$25.00 per hour, plus benefits such as insurance, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement. Must be licensed and reliable with strong communication.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed CNA in good standing with the state
• Able to react to emergency situations appropriately
• Must be able to relate information concerning a resident’s condition
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
• CNAs must be caring individuals dedicated to high quality care
• Reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing and daily living activities
• Change linens and position patients properly
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Support nursing staff in care delivery
• Check in on residents in morning and night
• Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing department
