Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant skills including transfer techniques, ambulation, hygiene care, and daily living activities.
• Ability to observe residents and report changes to the licensed nurse.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care per care plans and licensed nurse directions.
• Respond to call lights promptly and complete requested tasks.
• Record vitals and document care in the EMR.
• Assist with meals, housekeeping of dining areas, and resident laundry as assigned.
• Maintain flexibility for overtime and weekend shifts.
• Adhere to Park View Health Center policies and participate in ongoing education.
