Job summary

NEW Care, Inc. is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants who are dependable, energetic, and compassionate. We offer full-time or part-time positions with twelve-hour shifts and weekend options, plus a competitive wage of $20.50/hour with shift differential pay for certain hours.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily hygiene, recording vital signs, monitoring patient conditions, and maintaining a safe environment. Benefits include Health, Dental, Vision, Life/AD&D, 401(k), PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CNA certification required.
• Prior healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care experience preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move patients and stand long periods.
• Compassionate and personable with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle emotional and stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Help patients with personal hygiene and care such as bathing, grooming, dressing and eating.
• Take and record patient vital signs and weight.
• Observe and report changes in patient conditions to supervisor.
• Assist patients with mobility and walking aids.
• Make beds and maintain clean, safe patient environments.
• Lift and transport patients using proper techniques.
• Treat residents, families, and visitors with respect.
• Comply with safety and health regulations.
