PRN—a leading outpatient rehabilitation organization—seeks a Clinic Director to lead a single clinic, owning core business and performance outcomes. You will oversee staff management, scheduling, budgeting, and patient flow, driving profitability and patient satisfaction.

The role emphasizes leadership development, setting annual goals, and fostering a positive clinic culture, with opportunities for career advancement within PRN.

Qualifications

• Active state license as PT/OT/PTA/OTA required.
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience with 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Doctorate or Master's in Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy or PTA/OTA program completion.
• CPR certification and state regulations as applicable.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT/OT (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate clinic growth and drive processes.
• Resolve scheduling & staffing issues.
• Set annual goals and budget for the clinic.
• Remove roadblocks to achieve team goals.
• Foster referral relationships and growth opportunities.
• Communicate with Front Office and Business Development on trends.
• Review financial reporting and adjust as needed.
• Establish a positive clinic culture and team engagement.
• Escalate issues and use dashboards/EHR to decide actions.
• Make staffing decisions based on business input.
