Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) seeks an energetic Clinic Director to lead a single Boise clinic, owning core business outcomes and clinical performance. You will oversee staff management, scheduling, budgeting, and patient flow, while driving profitability and patient satisfaction.

The role emphasizes leadership development, structured mentorship, and a transition-to-practice program to grow future leaders within our outpatient rehabilitation family.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a clinician (PT, OT, PTA, OTA).
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, with 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Doctorate or Master’s in Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy, or completion of an accredited PTA/OTA program.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate clinic growth and drive processes; adjust approach based on inputs.
• Manage scheduling and documentation with staff.
• Set annual clinic goals and budget; monitor financial performance.
