Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) seeks a Clinic Director to lead a single clinic, oversee staff, scheduling, budgeting, and patient flow, and drive profitability and growth. You will set annual goals, manage budgets, and implement strategies to improve care quality and patient satisfaction.

The role emphasizes building a strong clinic culture, mentoring clinicians, and developing referral networks while leveraging the organization’s advanced documentation tools and education programs.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a clinician (PT, OT, PTA, OTA)
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, with 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy, or completion of an accredited PTA/OTA program
• CPR certification and any other relevant certifications as required by state regulations

Responsibilities

• Lead a single clinic and own core business and performance outcomes
• Oversee staff management, scheduling, budgeting, and patient flow
• Set annual clinic goals and budgets, drive profitability and patient satisfaction
• Foster a positive clinic culture and effective communication among teams
• Develop referral relationships and monitor dashboards/EHR for action
