Job summary

Team Rehabilitation is seeking a Clinic Director to own/run a physical therapy clinic, while benefiting from the support of an established network. This leadership role focuses on growing, developing, and managing outpatient therapy services.

Ideal candidate has Doctorate/Masters in PT, 5+ years of patient-care excellence, and a passion for DEI. You'll oversee staffing, budgets, scheduling, and partnerships with referring physicians, with a clear ownership path.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Masters in Physical Therapy.
• Desire to own/run clinic.
• 5+ years of proven experience with track record of exceptional patient care.
• Dedicated to education and training with a desire to continue to grow as a Physical Therapist.
• Must be committed to Team’s initiative of making DEI a priority - bringing a sense of belonging and empowerment within a diverse workforce

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor clinic staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Oversee scheduling, productivity, and patient flow to ensure excellent care.
• Manage clinic budget, expenses, and financial health.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal healthcare regulations and accurate billing.
• Maintain relationships with physicians and referral sources to promote care quality.
• Provide input on clinic location, layout, and ownership path for new openings.
