Job summary

U.S. Servico, Inc. is seeking a part-time Cleaning Specialist for Lansing, MI. Evening shifts start after 8pm, totaling 4.5 hours on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Pay rate is $15.00 per hour with biweekly payroll.

Applicants must be 18+ and able to follow safety guidelines, operate cleaning equipment, and use a mobile app to clock in/out and submit inspection reports. Transportation to job site required.

Qualifications

• High School or GED is encouraged.
• Previous commercial cleaning preferred; i.e., Office, Medical, Retail.

Responsibilities

• Able to use cleaning equipment such as canister or backpack vacuum, floor scrubber and mopping systems.
• Use various cleaning chemicals and maintain cleanliness according to Servico standards.
• Show up on time and work well in a team or independently.
• Stand, bend and lift up to 25 lbs and clock in/out via mobile app.
• Complete inspections and post pictures using the phone app.

This is for a part time evening position. This building will be cleaned on Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights for 4.5 hours a night. Start time is after 8pm.

Hourly pay rate: $15.00/hr (biweekly pay)

Responsibilities

• Able to use cleaning equipment if required (i.e. canister or backpack vacuum, walk behind floor scrubber, and mopping systems)
• Using various cleaning chemicals
• Able to bend, stand, lift, etc.
• Ability to use cellphone application to clock in and clock out for scheduled work hours
• Ability to use cellphone application to complete inspection reports and post pictures
• Clean and detail to customers satisfaction, following closely to scope of work expected.
• Clean service areas according to Servico Standards (reviewed during training)
• Show up to location on time, every time as scheduled
• Demonstrate ability to work in a team like setting or individually
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Cleaning duties are, but not limited to

• Basic commercial cleaning
• Mopping and vacuuming (possible floor scrubber)
• Detailing
• Dusting and wet wiping
• Trash removal
• Bathroom cleaning
• Supply stocking
