Job summary

Lansdowne Village is seeking a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to provide compassionate care for residents on site in a small-team environment. The role emphasizes safety, wound care support, and adherence to clinical policies while promoting resident comfort and independence.

The position requires active CMT and CNA certifications and at least 6 months of CNA experience, with competitive pay and full benefits as part of a supportive larger network.

Qualifications

• Active CMT and CNA certifications.
• 6 months of work experience as a CNA.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents in a safe and comfortable manner per clinical policies and state/federal regulations.
• Assess and treat wounds and monitor skin integrity as part of care planning.
• Assess residents on admission and document condition changes.
• Monitor and manage residents' pain, educate residents and families on pain management.
• Document observations and changes in residents' status and communicate with the care team.
• Ensure a safe, clean, hazard-free environment and report equipment malfunctions.
• Follow physician orders promptly and implement plans of care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident care.
