Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have state Medication Technician License.
• Successfully complete medication technician competency review quarterly.
• CPR certification required or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
• Must have current nursing assistant certification or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Communicate medication-related concerns to the Resident Care Director.
• Document resident changes and medication administration.
• Assist in the prevention of elder abuse.
