Job summary

Home2 Suites Billings MT is seeking a friendly PT Breakfast Attendant to help create a welcoming breakfast experience. This hourly role focuses on keeping the dining and buffet area clean and organized, assisting with basic food prep, and supporting back-of-house tasks during morning hours.

You will greet guests, maintain cleanliness, restock items, and ensure food safety standards are followed. Morning shifts with weekends/holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or housekeeping preferred but not required
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Basic understanding of food handling, sanitation, and safety practices (or willingness to be trained)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25-40 lbs for the duration of the shift

Responsibilities

• Prepare the breakfast area for service, ensuring tables, chairs, and buffet stations are clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, buffet counters, beverage stations, and surrounding areas throughout breakfast service
• Assist with basic food prep such as setting out food items, refilling buffet items, and monitoring food levels and freshness
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, following sanitation and safety guidelines
• Assist with putting away food and supply items from the weekly delivery, rotating stock and labeling items as needed
• Monitor and maintain food safety standards, including proper temperatures and safe handling procedures
• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, answering basic questions and ensuring a positive breakfast experience
• Clear and reset tables quickly to support smooth guest flow and seating
• Follow all housekeeping and department procedures for cleanliness, organization, and closing duties
• Communicate low stock or equipment issues to supervisors in a timely manner

The PT Breakfast Attendant plays a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable breakfast experience for our guests.
