Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors provide a personalized and inspiring shopping experience while driving daily sales and supporting store initiatives. The role centers on delivering Ralph Lauren brand expectations, engaging customers through in-store and digital touchpoints, and beginning to build a clientele. Ambassadors participate in training, maintain store standards, and support alternative purchasing processes to broaden customer accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement.
• Deliver a consistent brand-aligned customer experience and represent store vision.
• Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training to achieve business results.
• Utilize digital and alternative purchasing tools (Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home) to support sales.
• Maintain sales floor standards, assist with product discovery via QR codes and digital catalogs, and provide feedback to management on opportunities.
• Engage in networking and clienteling to begin building a customer base.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or specialty environment preferred.
• Effective verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand, move and walk for multiple hours and operate the register.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor and Stock/Dressing areas.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings and weekends; occasional travel as required.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management and coworkers.
